Getting the Most from Our Online Store - Frequently Asked Questions

It’s a brave new world out there! In response to the risk to our community’s health, In A Jam has made the tough decision to temporarily close our retail store and instead offer an online purchasing option with curbside pick up. As this service is very new, there will be lots of questions and more than a few tweaks to make to iron out all the details. We’re responding rapidly to try and bring the In A Jam products that you enjoy to your table. So, let’s get to the questions. 

Q. I just went on your site but the item I’m looking for isn’t on here, can I still buy it?

A. We have loaded the inventory of our store into the online store, but we often sill have stock in the back. If you want something that’s not available online, call or email us to check on the status of the product you are looking for ( or 519-289-5267). We can confirm we have that item and you can pay for it over the phone, or we will get the inventory updated in the online store for you.


Q. Why does the online shop require my address if you are not delivering the products. 

A. While we would love to offer delivery, at this time we just are not able to facilitate that with our current workload. The address is important to the online shop provider to verify against your payment information. 

Q. I want to come and pick up my order, how will that work?

A. When you drive to our store, give us a call when you arrive (519-289-5267) and let us know your order number, found on your confirmation email. A staff member will bring your order right to your car. We can even load it in while you sit to avoid unnecessary contact.

Q. I’ve placed my order, when can I come pick it up. 

A. At this time we are offering the following times to pickup your order:

Tuesdays and Fridays 10am to 4pm.
