What you will need: Water and approximately 1lb. Cooked Ground Beef (Optional)
Directions: Bring 7 cups (1750 mL) of Water to a boil over a moderately high heat. Stir in the package and the Ground Beef. ( Optional). Reduce heat to a medium / low. Simmer for 25 minutes. Stir Occasionally.
