Aunt Millie's Chicken Pot Pie Soup freezes well for up to 3 months.
You will need: 8 cups of water, 1 cup of milk, and optionally 1 to 2 pounds of cooked chicken (leftover roasted chicken works well).
Directions: Bring water and milk to a boil. Add contents of package and cooked chicken. Simmer on medium-low heat for 60 minutes. Stir occasionally. Enjoy.
